Management Implementation
Senior management in this
organization is totally committed to high standards of quality in all aspects of
this organization’s operations.
There shall be a formal, explicit
and documented statement of a quality policy, goals and objectives at all levels
within the organization.
We will have a comprehensive
documented quality management system and an organizational structure designed to
support this system.
The quality management system will
contain methods to identify and control degradation of customer service,
software defects, and to assure the effectiveness of the quality management
system in every department and unit of the organization.
Quality Responsibility
Every individual within the
organization is responsible for their own actions and for compliance with
applicable quality standards at all times.
Managers shall take all necessary
action to ensure that within their areas of responsibility:
Defects are identified, evaluated
and controlled in a timely manner.
All personnel within their
organization are adequately trained; motivated and competent for the job they
are assigned. Where required this shall include proper
licensing.
Every individual is aware of the
appropriate quality standards and complies with them.
Quality issue concerns and issues
are communicated up and down through the organization as appropriate to achieve
the safety objectives of the organization.
